Frequently asked questions

How do I sign in?

Open More in the app and tap Sign in with Apple. Your account lets you save preferences, receive notifications you opt into, and message the team.

Why isn’t the map or listings loading?

Make sure you have an internet connection. If you’re on a cellular network, try Wi‑Fi. Force-quit and reopen the app. If the problem continues, contact support with your device model and iOS version.

How do I manage notifications?

Go to More → Notifications to choose which alerts you receive. iOS push permission is controlled in Settings → Notifications → Nantucket Houses.

Where does listing and property data come from?

Listing data comes from MLS/LINK. Assessor and zoning data come from official Nantucket sources. Market commentary is prepared locally by Stephen Maury. See About the App in the More tab for details.

How do I ask Stephen a question about a property?

From Home or a property page, tap Ask Stephen or Contact Support. Include the address or parcel if you can — it helps us give you a useful local read.

How do I delete my account or data?

In the app: More → Profile → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account, saved listings, notification preferences, and push registration. You can also sign out from More at any time without deleting your account.
