These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Nantucket Houses mobile app and related services operated by Stephen Maury / Congdon & Coleman Real Estate (“we,” “us”). By using the app, you agree to these Terms.
The service
Nantucket Houses provides property search, market statistics, listing and assessor information, and tools to explore Nantucket real estate. Listing and public-record data come from third-party and official sources and may change without notice. We do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any data shown in the app.
Not professional advice
Market commentary, valuations, comps, and AI assistant responses are for informational purposes only. They are not a formal appraisal, legal advice, tax advice, or a binding offer to buy or sell property. For decisions involving a transaction, consult qualified professionals and verify information independently.
Accounts
Optional Sign in with Apple lets you save preferences, listings, and notification settings. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time under More → Profile → Delete Account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or bulk-harvest data, interfere with the service, or use it in violation of applicable law or MLS/data-provider terms.
Intellectual property
The app, branding, editorial content, and original materials are owned by us or our licensors. MLS listing photos and certain data remain subject to their respective owners’ rights.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on information shown in it.
Changes
We may update these Terms or discontinue features. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
